"Financing helped, but the details should’ve been clearer"
I liked that VersaTube offered financing because it made the building a lot easier to fit into my budget. The process was simple and didn’t drag on, which I appreciated. That said, I really wish the payment details had been explained more clearly upfront. It worked out in the end, but I do feel like an apology would be fair for the confusion

Got a VersaTube kit. Solid overall. Parts felt sturdy, finish looked nice. A couple small scratches, but no big deal. Went together fine. Seems like it’ll hold up. I’d buy another

"Checkout was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
I tried ordering a kit online, but the website kept freezing right when I got to checkout. The prices also changed once things were in my cart, and it wasn’t clear what was actually included. I felt kind of dismissed, like the whole process wasn’t set up with customers in mind. After messing with it for a while, I gave up and ordered somewhere else. Not a great first impression.

It seems fairly durable overall, but I was disappointed by how easily it dents. At first I thought it would hold up better, but after seeing marks show up so quickly, I’m starting to question how reliable it’ll be long term.

"Fit wasn’t quite right"
Parts came in fine and looked ok, but the fit was kinda off. The holes didnt line up the way they should’ve, so I had to mess with it a lot more than I expected. It’s not the worst thing ever, but for the price it was frustrating.

I reached out just trying to get some basic info before placing an order, but the salesperson seemed like they had somewhere much more important to be. They did answer a few questions, technically, but didn’t really explain much, so I ended up having to ask the same things more than once. Always fun. It wasn’t the worst customer service I’ve ever had, but it definitely didn’t make me feel great about buying from them. I guess I just expected a little more help before handing over my money

I ordered the parts I needed, but the wrong ones showed up. When I tried to get help, I got transferred from one person to another, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I just wanted the right parts sent out without having to explain the issue over and over

"Pretty good stock when I was shopping around"
I was looking at Versatube for a carport kit after my brother mentioned them, and most of the parts I needed were actually in stock. A couple of the color choices were a bit limited, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. The site was simple enough to check what was available. I’m giving 4 stars because I do think the inventory info could be a little clearer.

"Missing bolts finally showed up"
My order came in missing some bolts, which was annoying, but they did get it handled in the end. It took a few phone calls, though, which had me wondering if the bolts had entered some secret warehouse black hole or if there’s a tiny anti-bolt operation going on behind the scenes. Customer service was polite, but I definitely had to stay on it. Got the parts eventually, so I’m satisfied, just not thrilled about having to chase them down

"Frustrating, frustrating assembly"
Putting this together was a mess for me. The instructions were confusing, and a few steps just didn’t seem to match the parts I actually had in front of me. A lot of the holes wouldn’t line up right, so I kept having to take things apart and try again, again and again. What I thought would be a weekend project ended up taking way longer than it should have. Maybe it’s fine if you’ve got extra people helping and better tools, but for a regular person like me, it was just frustrating. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"After my Versatube shed had been up..."
After my Versatube shed had been up for a little while, I noticed a small issue with one of the parts. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the warranty side of things, but I figured I’d give it a shot and sent over a few pictures along with the info they asked for.
To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and didn’t make it complicated at all. They sent out the replacement part, it showed up without any drama, and everything fit just like it should. Painless experience overall, so I’m happy to give them 5 stars.
